If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, not worn articles can be returned for size change, change article or reimbursement within 14 days from the date of the goods’ receipt.
Instructions for return
- For return authorization, the customer must send a request to the address email@example.com
The codes of the items you intend to return and the desired compensation: size change, change article, or refund, must be specified in the mail. COCO-PEI.COM™ | Luxury Dog Accessories will send you a written confirmation, once you have received a request for return
- In the case of exchange goods, shipping costs are to be borne by the purchaser
- The customer can choose two types of compensation:
1. - exchange goods or change an article
The change is possible only for a different size or a different colour of the same item, if available. It is also possible to change the product with a different item
2. - Refund
Refunds will be processed as soon as the reception, verification and acceptance of the made article will be completed. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will still be visible on the next statement paper. The timing may slightly vary, depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid through Paypal or bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be made for the entire order amount, excluding shipping costs paid during the order recording (if present).
- The return shipment must take place within 14 days from the order receipt.
Terms and Conditions
- Products must not have been worn, washed or altered, and must not show any sign of use
- Each chapter must be returned including all labels, packages and original accessories received together with the order
- All products must be returned together to their original box (if present during the delivery), which is considered for all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself, that must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as a single outer packaging

- If the customer receives a defective goods, or in case of shipment errors by COCO-PEI.COM™ | Luxury Dog Accessories, he is required to follow the mentioned-above instructions. COCO-PEI.COM™ | Luxury Dog Accessories reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the costs of shipping for the return of the goods at their premises
- COCO-PEI.COM™ | Luxury Dog Accessories will not accept goods return, if it is not complying with all the terms and conditions foreseen by the return policy. In this case, the goods will be returned to the sender to the original shipment’s address.
